PoultryPrime is farm record keeping for Ghanaian poultry farms: flock, feed, eggs, medication and money, entered on a phone in the poultry house and adding up by itself.

Figures from the demo farm. Change any number, switch to the young flock, or turn the signal off and save.
What it does
One entry in the poultry house feeds the flock count, the production percentage, the stock figures and the profit report. You write the day down once.
Mortality with its cause, feed and water, medication, and eggs by colour: collected, broken and discarded. The same figures your sheet already carries, in the same order.
Birds leave through four movements: died, sold, into isolation, out of isolation. The count is the sum of them, so it cannot drift away from what happened.
Egg and bird sales, cash or on account, what each customer owes, expenses by your own categories, and a profit figure for one farm or all of them.
Feed, eggs and medication: what came in, what was used, what a count actually found, and the cost per bird and feed conversion that follow from it.
Vaccinations due, vet visits, and withdrawal periods that warn you before eggs from a treated flock are sold.
A free public page at your own address. What you keep, what you sell, a photograph, a map and a WhatsApp button, so a buyer can find you.

When the numbers disagree
Both figures stay on the record for you to check. Neither one is changed to match the other.
Why this one
Record keeping software is easy to make look right and hard to make correct. These are the choices that separate the two, and every one of them is visible from inside the product.
Records are entered in the poultry house, on a phone, with no signal. The entry is saved on the handset in under a tenth of a second and sent when there is network again. It says "saved on this phone", never "recorded", until it has been.
Where a count you wrote down and the count it calculated do not match, it raises a flag and leaves both figures showing. It never quietly corrects one to match the other, because that would destroy the only signal saying the records are wrong.
Every edit keeps what the value was, what it became, who changed it and when. Correcting a starting count needs a written reason. Nobody can remove an entry from that trail, including us.
A farm hand records on their assigned pens and no financial figure is reachable by them, at the screen or behind it. A manager can hold several farms. The owner sees everything, consolidated.
Not from a generic ledger. Every field started life on the daily sheet of a working layer farm in Ghana, built from its real records and the questions its owner actually asks. The figures were checked against two weeks of that farm’s own hand-written sheets before anybody else was asked to use it.

Plans
Free replaces the paper sheet on one farm. Premium adds sales, stock, profit and the rest of the business. Talk to us for the details and the price for your flock.
Keep the flock’s records
For small and semi-commercial farms: up to 2,000 birds, one farm and three people.
Run the farm as a business
For any farm, and the plan for commercial farms over 2,000 birds. Priced by the size of the flock.
On every plan: your records stay yours, separated from every other farm at the database, and you can take them with you. Moving to a smaller plan hides screens, it never deletes a record.
Questions
In the poultry house, yes. Recording works with no signal and syncs when you have one. Reading back several days of history still needs a connection today.
No. It opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Android and iPhone both work; background sending is Android only for now.
It is yours. Each farm’s records are separated at the database itself, not just on the screen, and you can take an export with you. Nothing about your farm is public unless you publish your own page.
There is a Free plan for small and semi-commercial farms, up to 2,000 birds, and Premium, which every commercial farm uses and which is priced by the size of the flock. Talk to us and we will work it out for your farm.
